Single Bottle Refund Instructions

Most DiVertigo users find relief from symptoms of dizziness and motion sickness, but if for some reason you believe the product did not work for you, we want to offer you a refund of your  purchase price minus the shipping charge (which is non-refundable). We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with DiVertigo. If you have decided to return the product please complete the following steps:

1) Please return the bottle containing the remaining unused oil, in its original box and in a padded envelope. Please tighten the cap to avoid leakage.

2) You must include a legible copy of the original receipt or packing slip, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

3) Your return package must be postmarked no more than 45 days from the date you originally purchased the product.

Returns usually processed within two weeks of receipt. Refunds are credited to the original card used at point of purchase. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account after processing. Only one refund per customer.
